FLEETING CONTACT RELAY

Simple din rail mounted or 8 & 11 pin plug in fleeting contact relays, available SPCO and with a DPCO option on the 8 & 11 pin plug in units. The units have four selectable modes of operation changed via a dip switch on the top of the relay, the time of the fleeting contact is always fixed at 0.5 secs. The four modes of operation are:

1. Pulse on connection of coil supply

2. Pulse on removal of coil supply

3. Pulse on both connection and removal of coil supply

4. Unit disabled

Ideal applications for fleeting contact relays include the resetting of circuits and systems on initial “power up” or “power down”.
